David Fabian

Dave Fabian has been with MS Consultants for more than 20 years and is responsible for managing all cost segregation projects, including the areas of depreciation, tax, and engineering. Prior to joining MS Consultants, Dave had 12 years of experience in public accounting and private industry. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Canisius College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Samantha Mansfield

After 20 years in the tax and accounting industry, Samantha Mansfield started her consulting and education firm focused on building materials and resources for the profession. She believes that technology enables accounting professionals to share their expertise more effectively and is passionate about helping them transform the services they provide to reach their goals. Johnny Quinn

Johnny Quinn is a U.S. Olympian in the sport of bobsled and competed at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. Quinn is also a former pro football player, spending time with the NFL’s Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers and Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL. Quinn has been featured on numerous media outlets around the world and owns and operates the Johnny Quinn Insurance Agency. In 2018 he published his newest book, PUSH: Breaking through the Barriers.

Alison Simons

Alison Simons is the founder of Simons Marketing. Thomas Stephens

Tommy Stephens received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (Major in Accounting) from Auburn University in 1985. In 1992, he earned a Master of Science degree (Major in Finance) from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Presently, Tommy is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Information Technology Professional, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. During his professional career, Tommy has gained valuable experience in a variety of positions, including: • Working as an auditor and technology consultant for an Atlanta-based public accounting firm; • Leading an Internal Audit staff and managing a Cost Accounting team for a Fortune 500 company; • Serving as a Chief Financial Officer for an international engineering organization; and • Founding and managing his public accounting firm that provides accounting, tax, and consulting services to individuals and a variety of small and emerging businesses. In 1995, Tommy began authoring and presenting continuing professional education courses to accounting and finance professionals. In 2003, he affiliated with K2 Enterprises, and in 2007, he joined the firm as a partner. To date, he has lectured internationally on subjects such as internal controls for small businesses, technology strategies, computer hardware and software applications, tax strategies and compliance, and financial accounting standards and applications. Over the past twenty-five years, Tommy has presented over 2,700 educational sessions to over 70,000 participants throughout the United States and Canada. Presently, Tommy resides in Woodstock, Georgia, where he enjoys an active personal life with his wife. His hobbies include snow skiing, fishing, running, and other outdoor activities. Tommy maintains professional memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he is a past member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Kyle Young

Since joining MS Consultants in 2007, Kyle Young has consulted on Cost Segregation Studies, Tangible Property Regulations, Fixed Asset Reviews, §179D Deductions, Historic Rehabilitation Certification, and Energy Savings Analysis. He is responsible for analyzing depreciation schedules and related records for proper asset classification and preparing tax filings required in conjunction with engineering studies. Prior to joining MS Consultants, Kyle received a B.S. in accounting from Daemen College and spent four years with a Western New York public accounting firm.
