Business, leadership and
communication skills are essential to successfully run a firm
or organization. Employers in both public accounting and
industry are saying that while young staff have the technical
knowledge, they lack these skills – and for employers, having a
solid “bench” who will be ready to lead the business is a top
priority, especially as they are becoming more dynamic,
interconnected and flexible.
These critical success skills matter the most, and fortunately,
they are learnable. I’m excited to share that we are offering
two programs to train young staff on them this fall, so don’t
miss out:
No business can afford to
miss out on these trainings, and I hope to see yours
represented there! Lastly, our committees and roundtables are
gearing up for a busy fall. You can now access the Zoom link for your
upcoming meetings here.
If you have any questions, please contact Jill Foley.
Have a great weekend!
