Dear Hannah,
Monday, January 23, marks the
official start to the 2023 tax filing season;
a busy time for many of our members. MassCPAs is here for you,
and I wanted to highlight 6 popular resources, available only
to members, that can help you power through these next few
months:
- One-on-one DOR assistance –
reach out to Larry Liuzzo
as issues or questions arise (he is just a phone call
(617.303.2405) or email away)
- The
HUB
online community where you can post questions and get
advice 24/7 from 11,000+ of your peers
- On-Demand
courses so
you can quickly learn the latest information
- News from the IRS and DOR and
updates on deadlines and hot topics in our weekly Legislative
Brief
- New 2023
Wellness Series to help you de-stress,
stay active and achieve your whole-body health goals (sign
up for the Fitness
Challenge before February 6)
- Media interviews on hot topics
to showcase your expertise and promote your profession
(email Elizabeth
Emanuelson to get on our list!)
Be sure to use these
resources as they are a benefit of your membership! To our
members not in the throes of tax season, please know that you
can take advantage of these and all your other member benefits
year-round. Check
out the full list here, and please reach out
with suggestions on ways we can better serve you.
Have a great weekend – and a smooth and prosperous busy
season!
