CEO Corner

Dear Hannah,

Monday, January 23, marks the official start to the 2023 tax filing season; a busy time for many of our members. MassCPAs is here for you, and I wanted to highlight 6 popular resources, available only to members, that can help you power through these next few months:

  1. One-on-one DOR assistance – reach out to Larry Liuzzo as issues or questions arise (he is just a phone call (617.303.2405) or email away
  2. The HUB online community where you can post questions and get advice 24/7 from 11,000+ of your peers
  3. On-Demand courses so you can quickly learn the latest information
  4. News from the IRS and DOR and updates on deadlines and hot topics in our weekly Legislative Brief
  5. New 2023 Wellness Series to help you de-stress, stay active and achieve your whole-body health goals (sign up for the Fitness Challenge before February 6
  6. Media interviews on hot topics to showcase your expertise and promote your profession (email Elizabeth Emanuelson to get on our list!)

Be sure to use these resources as they are a benefit of your membership! To our members not in the throes of tax season, please know that you can take advantage of these and all your other member benefits year-round. Check out the full list here, and please reach out with suggestions on ways we can better serve you.

Have a great weekend – and a smooth and prosperous busy season!
