Dear Hannah,
We know the last few
years have brought more challenges than ever before. Members
like you are the backbone of our community and enhancing your
member value is our top priority. Last summer, we announced a
more disciplined approach to measuring how our members feel
about the Society and the services and resources we provide. At
that time, we shared our plan to conduct a survey twice a year
to help us improve your membership experience.
The last six months seem to have flown by in the blink of an
eye, and we are once again asking you to please
complete this brief, one question survey by Friday, January 27.
It will take less than a minute of your time, but the feedback
we receive will be paramount to helping us provide the best
experience possible for all our members.
We truly appreciate your honest thoughts and opinions, and as
always, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me
at any time to share your suggestions, insights and
perspective.
The Society will be closed on Monday in observance of Martin
Luther King, Jr. Day. I hope you are all able to reflect on the
importance this day holds and enjoy the weekend.
