CEO Corner

Dear Hannah,

It’s hard to believe that July is here! Between vacations and holidays, it always feels like these summer months fly, so I wanted to take a moment to remind you of a few important dates over the next two months:

  • Women to Watch nominations – Recognize an outstanding colleague, mentor and/or friend for her contributions to her community and the profession by nominating her for the 2022 Women to Watch Awards. Yesterday was the deadline to submit a nomination, but you can still submit one here
  • Member satisfaction survey – Take this one-question survey to tell us how we’re doing before next Friday, July 8. The results will help us develop programs and resources to improve your member experience.
  • Member Networking NightJoin us in Andover on Wednesday, July 20, to connect with peers and have some fun! We’re bringing these networking nights to areas across the state – stay tuned for additional locations!
  • FREE CPE – Learn about Defined Contribution and Defined Benefits retirement plan trends and how to use them to attract and retain employees on Tuesday, August 9. Register here. This member-only webinar is free to MassCPAs members as part of our CPE PLUS program.
  • Karter Kup Tennis Scramble – Spend a day on the grass courts of the Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, RI on Thursday, August 25! Register here. All members and non-members – at any skill level – are welcome to attend.

I look forward to seeing you at these events and hearing your feedback, and I thank you for your continued membership in MassCPAs. Have a great, relaxing long weekend!
