Belmont-based CPA firm looking for an expert tax professional to join the team on an expedited track to replace the current owner upon retirement. The owner started the firm 12 years ago and built a $1.3M annual revenue practice, meticulously serving 500 personal and business clients (all middle class, 60% upper middle class of which 20% are HNW with AGI>1M) and continuously growing YoY. The successor will manage a handful of loyal full-time employees who are not near retirement age. The succession plan will be curated to ensure a seamless transition for clients and appropriate time for knowledge transfer/support from the current owner.
