Tax Preparer - Seasonal
Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual and business tax returns
- Answer client calls, and respond to client e-mails
Work experience:
- 2-5 years or more experience in preparing individual and business tax returns
Skills/Qualifications:
- Personable and communicates clearly with clients and staff
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Downloading & uploading digital documents to client portals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Experience with ProSystem fx is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and be deadline oriented
- 40-50 hour work week
- Potential Temp to Full time or seasonal help.
- CPA/EA is Preferred not required
- Paid Hourly based on experience
