DOR issues final 830 CMR 62.6M.1: Community Investment Tax Credit
DOR is seeking assistance in form review process: The Department of Revenue is preparing for the annual review of the departments major tax forms and is seeking practitioner input. For example, the DOR would like to know if there is anything in the instructions for Form 1 or Form 1-NR/PY that you find unclear. They would also like to hear about other forms that you think could be improved. Please send an email to taxadvocate@dor.state.ma.us and tell them what form, and the specific line item or instruction, that causes confusion or uncertainty.
