A Preview of Enhancements to DOR’s MassTaxConnect

DOR is planning to roll out an upgrade this summer to MassTaxConnect to improve the design and functionality of the system. They are asking for some feedback from our membership. Focus groups are scheduled for May 18 and 19 to observe participants as they navigate through the improved interface design. You will be asked for your reaction to the changes at the end of the session.

The focus groups will be held at DOR’s MITC Chelsea location at 200 Arlington Street where there will be visitor parking available. Each session will be two hours in length. DOR is offering an optional tour of the MITC Chelsea facility to participants, following the focus group sessions.

Please choose one session, and if you can, make a second choice in the event that slot is filled. Respond to DOR with your session choice(s) at DOR360@dor.state.ma.us, inserting Focus Group in the subject line. Include your contact information. If you would like to contribute but can’t make one of the scheduled sessions, let DOR know if Wednesday, May 16, would work and that may become an alternate date.
