MassCPAs’ ACE Leadership Program is a free 5-day event for high school students who are interested in learning more about a career in accounting and business.The program offers a diverse set of learning experiences including case studies, interactive exercises, team building, access to college staff and faculty and networking with peers and professionals across the state. Students will explore, network and increase their understanding about college andthe business world while making new friends and developing interpersonal skills in a real-life college setting. HIGHLIGHTS:• Learn about the accounting profession through a series of hands-on exercises and workshops• Enjoy a tour and presentation from Red Sox CFO• Meet CPAs from various firms throughout the state• And more! ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:• 2024–2025 high school  current freshmen, sophomore or junior• Interest in accounting and/or business• Strong motivation and leadership• Ability to work with diverse individuals• Willingness to grow and learn• Completed application packagesubmitted by June 3 which includes:    - Application form    - Letter of recommendation    - Parental consent    - In-person interview with MassCPAs staff
