MassCPAs’ new report, Workplace Inclusion: An Imperative for Change in the Accounting Profession, highlights inclusion challenges, makes the case for inclusive leaders and provides strategies for sustainable change. Inclusive leaders create organizations where employees know they belong, feel empowered to contribute and believe that their voices matter. Employees, in turn, are more loyal to inclusive leaders.   This impactful and interactive workshop will help leaders understand why they should lead inclusively, what inclusion means and why “disconnects” sometimes exist between leaders and employees.
