Overview

For organizations striving to build more inclusive cultures, leaders play an important role. Not only do they need to feel comfortable advocating for inclusion and articulating the value of diversity, they need to feel comfortable talking about the challenges, issues and differences that invariably are part of the DEI conversation. This in person session, we would focus on how unconscious bias influences group dynamics and interpersonal communication. Learning objectives include: to help leaders and managers get more comfortable holding, initiating or facilitating uncomfortable conversations to promote more open dialogue in the workplace, and more. This course is for anyone who are in a leadership position looking to promote diversity
